AlunaGeorge – “Thinkin’ Bout You (Frank Ocean Cover)” & “Body Music”
Britain’s darling duo AlunaGeorge have been gaining a heavy amount of attention in recent months since the release of their hit-single, “Your Drums, Your Love.” After announcing the title to their debut album only a couple of days ago, the duo have premiered its title-track and a very justifiable cover of Frank Ocean‘s “Thinkin’ Bout You” during a live performance at BBC’s Live Lounge.
Lending back to the flavour of “Your Drums, Your Love,” “Body Music” blossoms with hit-hats, heavy drums, and velvety vocals. Likewise, the duo’s cover of “Thinkin’ Bout You” gorgeously progresses through keys, synths, and what sound like marimbas; the results of which are spectacular!
