What's This?

London’s Trim is essentially an underground rap veteran who’s been working the game since his 2004 white label 12″ “Boogeyman/ The Lowdown.” Over the last decade he’s worked his way up to more reputable and experimental imprints like Planet Mu and R&S–now he’s landed upon 1-800 Dinosaur, founded James Blake and Dan Foat. The forthcoming full-length record, 1-800 DINOSAUR Presents Trim, will be the electronic indie label’s first proper LP release. The album will feature production from James Blake (“RPG”), Happa, AirheadBoothroyd, Dan FoatKlaus and Bullion. Stream Trim’s newest single, “Before I Lead,” featuring production from Happa.

Ray Ban partnered with 1-800 Dinosaur to make a short film directed by Rollo Jackson that uses Trim’s “Before I Lied.” It’s a cool lil joint.
