What's This?

KAYTRANADA‘s highly anticipated debut album 99.9% is quickly approaching. Born Kevin Celestin, his newest offering from collaborative full-length is an epic, five-minute future funk jam with vocals by Los Angeles rapper/producer/singer-songwriter .Anderson Paak. The track, “GLOWED UP,” was revealed with a terrifically lit visual by Bo Mirosseni—who worked on Disclosure‘s “When A Fire Starts To Burn“—that features our boy KAYTRA in a number of surreal scenes, further illustrating his peculiar sense of humor (remember this?).

“GLOWED UP” is one of the more developed ideas we’ve seen from 99.9% so far. At 3:08 the track flips, an extended bridge of sorts with faint traces of Timbaland, producing fantastic results. 99.9% is out May 6 via XL Recordings.
