Vampire Weekend Announce New Album

Following many announcements of a late 2012 release, Vampire Weekend have now officially confirmed that their newest album (which has yet to be titled) will be released in Spring of this year. As Consequence of Sound points out, it will be “produced by Ariel Rechtshaid (Usher, Major Lazer, Charli XCX) and the band’s own Rostam Batmanglij.”

While no album artwork or a tracklisting have been released yet, the band were happy to premiere their new single “Unbelievers” on Jimmy Kimmel a couple of months ago. So, if you have yet to check that out, make sure to do so now and get that vampire blood flowing!
