What's This?

Our favourite New York darling, Alex Winston, is back with her new single “We Got Nothing.” The track follows up “Careless” as the second released off her forthcoming spring 2015 album. In typical Winston style, this song provides listeners with everything they could ever want in a pop song: a catchy chorus, perfect harmonies, and synth beats to boot.

Unfortunately, it was announced today that Winston is suffering from hemorrhaged vocal cords, which has forced her to postpone all live shows until next month. Fingers crossed her recovery is swift and that her injury doesn’t impact the release of the album this spring. Listen to Winston’s stellar cover of The Black Keys‘ “Everlasting Light” below.
