Brooklyn’s experimental pop outfit altopalo have established an unconventional trend of releasing music videos that utilize physical creative mediums. The four-piece band’s first visual for “chagrinning,” dropped in March of last year, was a riotous kind of trippy, cross-cultural collage art. Unveiled last week, their newest video comes from Zach Handler. The artist uses stop-motion, claymation, and macaroni techniques to create a strange, surreal universe to accompany the music of “hahsnheads,” from altopalo’s debut LP noneofuscared.
