What's This?

You might recognize the name Keeper from Comedy Central’s Broad City–their song “Happy To Be Sad” was synced to Ilana’s iconic pre-masturbation ritual scene. The Austin trio released the BoomBaptist-produced track more than two years ago. Since then, following a lineup change, their music has taken a natural progression toward more cerebral territory, adding ambient soul, trap and introspective synth-pop sounds to the mix while opening live for acts like DaedelusTaylor McFerrin, and Machinedrum. On their new, self-released EP, Corners, Keeper explore the four elements that regulate the natural world: fire, water, earth and air. Each song on the four-track release focuses on an element and how it relates back to the human experience.
