I’ve been sitting on Bayonne‘s cherubic debut single “Spectrolite” for almost a month now, waiting for an opening in my schedule to give the song a well-deserved review. Inevitably, that time never came. So here I am, a month later, ready to wax lyrical. For the sake of time, I’ll keep this short. This song is good. Like, really really good. Listening to this song feels like a dozen tiny rainbows just exploded in your ears, releasing a surge of dopamine into your brain. From the featherlight guitar to Bayonne’s ethereal vocals, it’s pure, electronic-pop goodness. If that doesn’t sound like a ringing endorsement, I don’t know what is.
