What's This?

Clean Bandit are quickly becoming a national treasure in the UK, and based on the success of their latest single “Real Love,” they don’t appear to be slowing down anytime soon. While the song has yet to eclipse it’s predecessor, “Rather Be,” the group are using every tool at their disposal to ensure that it does eventually topple the charts. After tirelessly promoting the song, Clean Bandit have called upon Henry Krinkle to put his midas touch on the song. Lucky for them, Krinkle’s remix is just what the doctor ordered: fun, fresh and impossibly addictive. This isn’t the New Yorker’s first rodeo—having put together remixes of Route 94, Cyril Hahn and a number others in the past—but this is his most straight-forward club banger to date. Without a moment to spare, Krinkle tears the roof off the original, replacing the string arrangements and bouncing piano with a thumping bassline, some minor chords and a few glittering electronics for good measure; put simply, it’s nearly four minutes of an endorphin rush.
