COIN - Time Machine

In case you didn’t get the memo, COIN are the best new thing to emerge out of the south. They already won us over with their sun-dappled EP, Atlas, and now — just when we were need our fix of carefree indie-pop — the band have dropped this little gem down the pipe. “Time Machine” follows in the footsteps of “Atlas” and “Honey” with its jovial, light-hearted melodies and jangly rhythms. The mix of saccharine synths and undeniably catchy vocal hooks also add to the band’s youthful sound, while making it clear to see that they have quickly perfected the pop formulae. So, if you’re still looking to inject your day with a little youthful exuberance, look no further than “Time Machine.”
