What's This?

After graduating from Boston’s Berklee College of Music, Stephanie Gautier, also know as Ella On The Run moved to LA to put her education into practice. During her time in L.A., she had the opportunity to record with industry heavyweights Matthew Band (Interscope, Timbaland’s Mosley Music group) and Sweden’s Lukasz, producing her debut EP, War of Words.

Ella On The Run may be new to the music scene, but she is already making a name for herself among artists like Clement Marfo and Tove Stryke (she opened for the latter during her sold-out show at London’s Hoxton Bar and Grill). Within the quickly growing alt-pop genre, Ella On The Run has proven herself as a songstress on the rise.

“Rodeo Clowns” is the third single off her newest EP. Unlike the more high-energy previous singles, the track offers listeners laid-back vocals and mellow synth-pop vibes. Focusing on the difficult ups and downs of a relationship, “Rodeo Clowns” and its accompanying visual expertly mirror the struggle of making a relationship work.
