What's This?

We love when an artist blows us away with something completely out of left-field, and Norwegian producer/piano-extraordinaire, Kygo, has done just that.

A few weeks ago he shared a track that showed the true breadth of his musical talent. Simply titled “Piano Jam,” the three-minute track features a soft bassline, an uplifting string arrangement and, of course, a beautiful piano melody.

Earlier this week, he rolled out a similarly-restrained ballad, aptly titled “Piano Jam 2.” This track features little-to-no production, letting the piano skills he’s been developing since he was six speak for themselves. Here’s to hoping that we can expect more singles like this in the future.

If you prefer your music with vocals, check out Alex Bay‘s (brother of James Bay) take on “Piano Jam.”
