Sam Smith spoke out of turn last night at the Oscar’s during his acceptance speech for “Best Original Song”. He’s actually not the first openly gay man to win an Oscar (see Elton John, Howard Ashman and Scott Rudin), and his error made a lot of people incredibly upset. Rest assured, Azealia Banks was not one of them.
