LA-based producers RL Grime and DJ Salva have reworked another track into fine form with this late-February drop. The already ominous “Skyfall,” released by Travi$ Scott and Young Thug at the tail-end of summer 2014, is reimagined as a sinister trap beat. A slow tempo entry way leads to a hallway of wonky beats and hi-hats that aggressively punctuate pre-existing lyrical gravity with grace. The nearly double-time remix ends with a brook-sounding babble and then drops off quickly into a clean nothingness.
