What's This?

Over the last year, Justin Bieber‘s turned over a new leaf–associating himself more progressive projects that deviate from the more simple pop format of his teenaged salad days. This artistic maturation was most recently captured on the Diplo and Skrillex collaboration “Where Are Ü Now,” a stunning trap banger from the producer’s joint full-length as Jack Ü. British soul powerhouse Lianne La Havas recently covered the song on the Dutch radio program Giel 3FM and the result is a nearly unrecognizable reinterpretation. The Greek-Jamaican artist’s take is an emotional blues ballad, replete with haunting steel guitar and slow-burning bass guitar. Check it up there.

Watch the music video for “Unstoppable,” the lead single from Lianne La Havas‘ forthcoming album, below. The Blood LP is out July 31 via Nonesuch Records.
